It features a 1000 mm working radius and a 5 kg payload. The system integrates a collaborative robot with a welding handle and includes a standard welding power source and welding torch. 1. Flexible Deployment: Equipped with handles and omnidirectional casters for easy mobility; leveling feet provide stable positioning. Gas cylinder and welding power source are fully integrated—only a power supply is required for operation. 2. “Suction-and-Weld” Operation: The robot features a magnetic base and a 3 m cable, enabling unrestricted operation. 3. Simple Programming: The robot supports smooth, intuitive teach-by-dragging. The welding handle includes an integrated display screen and push-button point recording. A fine-tuning knob enables precise position calibration.
