• 精准取件Precise take-out 开模即取,替代人工,保护制品外观、缩短开模停留、稳定节拍。Picks parts the moment the mold opens — replacing manual take-out, protecting part surfaces, shortening mold-open dwell and steadying cycle time.
• 剪水口 / 去浇口Gate / sprue cutting 取件后自动剪切水口,制品与流道分离,水口料可回收。Trims the gate automatically after take-out, separating part from runner; the sprue can be recycled.
• 埋入 / 嵌件成型Insert molding 成型前把螺母、端子等嵌件精准放入模具,成型后取出,一站完成。Places nuts, terminals and other inserts into the mold before shaping and removes the part after — insert molding in one cell.
• 摆放 / 码放 / 装箱Placement & packing 取出后按序摆盘、码放或装箱,衔接后道,减少二次搬运。Lays out, stacks or boxes parts in sequence after take-out, feeding downstream and cutting re-handling.
• 专用治具定制Custom fixtures (EOAT) 按制品形状定制夹具:吸盘、气爪、异形治具,抓取稳、不伤件。End-of-arm tooling built to the part shape — vacuum cups, grippers and custom jigs for a stable, mark-free grip.
