• 变位机协同Positioner sync 单 / 双轴变位机翻转工件,配合机器人做船形焊,焊缝姿态最佳、可达性好。Single / dual-axis positioners rotate the workpiece so the robot welds in the flat position — best bead posture and reach.
• 定制工装夹具Custom fixtures 按工件定制工装,快速装夹、定位准,保证批量一致。Fixtures built to the workpiece for fast clamping, accurate location and batch consistency.
• 自动清枪剪丝Torch cleaning 自动清枪、剪丝、喷雾,长时间连续焊接稳定。Automatic torch cleaning, wire cutting and anti-spatter spray keep long runs stable.
• 寻位 / 焊缝跟踪Seam finding 接触寻位 / 电弧跟踪,适应工件与装夹误差(可选)。Touch sensing / arc tracking adapts to part and clamping tolerances (optional).
