• 自动上下料Load & unload 机器人从料仓抓取毛坯、装夹上机,加工完卸下成品,替代人工。The robot picks blanks from the feeder, loads them into the machine and unloads finished parts — replacing manual handling.
• 一人多机One operator, many machines 一台机器人服务多台机床,减少用工、提升开机率。One robot serves several machines, cutting labor and raising uptime.
• 双爪快换Dual-gripper swap 双工位手爪一次进给完成「卸成品 + 上毛坯」,缩短机床等待。A dual-station gripper unloads the finished part and loads the next blank in a single approach, cutting machine idle time.
• 翻面 / 二次装夹Flip & re-clamp 自动翻转工件完成掉头加工,一次装夹到位。Automatically flips the workpiece for second-side machining, clamped right the first time.
• 专用手爪定制Custom gripper 按工件(盘 / 轴 / 异形)定制手爪,抓取稳、定位准。End-of-arm gripper built to the workpiece (disc / shaft / irregular) for a stable, accurate grip.
