BRTIRPZ1865A是伯朗特机器人股份有限公司针对某些单调、频繁和重复的长时间作业，或是危险、恶劣环境下的作业等而开发的一款四轴立柱码垛机器人，实际码垛高度可达1.8m，其拥有2000mm臂展，最大负载65kg，超大的空间覆盖范围（可完全覆盖1.2m*1.2m及以内的所有规格托盘）。多自由度的灵活性，结构更为精简，维护方便，对上下料、搬运、拆包投料、拆垛、码垛等场景能够应对自如。 精度高：重复定位精度±0.15mm。The BRTIRPZ1865A is a four-axis pillar-type palletizing robot developed by BORUNTE Robot Co., Ltd. for monotonous, high-frequency, long-duration tasks—or for operations in hazardous or harsh environments. Its maximum palletizing height is 1.8 m, with a 2000 mm reach and a maximum payload of 65 kg. It provides an exceptionally large working envelope—fully covering all standard pallet sizes up to 1.2 m × 1.2 m. Its multi-degree-of-freedom design delivers high flexibility, a simplified mechanical structure, and easy maintenance—making it highly adaptable to loading/unloading, material handling, unpacking and feeding, depalletizing, and palletizing applications. Positioning repeatability: ±0.15 mm.
