It supports a maximum payload of 10 kg and features a reach of 1587 mm. Its lightweight arm design delivers a compact, streamlined mechanical structure, enabling agile operation within confined workspaces—even at high speeds—to meet flexible manufacturing requirements. With six degrees of freedom, it excels in loading/unloading, injection molding, die casting, assembly, dispensing, grinding, and inspection. Operation is simplified via the Huacheng control system. Compatible with injection molding machines rated 200–600 tons. High ingress protection rating: IP54 (dust- and splash-resistant). High repeatability accuracy: ±0.05 mm.
