BRTP07ISS1PC 机型适用于60T-200T的各型卧式射出成型机的成品取出、上下手臂为单截式，上下采用AC伺服马达驱动，定位精准，速度快，寿命长，故障低，其余部位采用气压驱动，经济实惠。安装机械手可增加产能( 10-30% )降低产品的不良率，保障操作人员的安全性，减少人工，精准控制生产量，减少浪费。The BRTP07ISS1PC model is compatible with horizontal injection molding machines ranging from 60 to 200 tons. It is designed for part removal and features single-section upper and lower arms. The upper and lower axes are driven by AC servo motors, ensuring precise positioning, high speed, long service life, and low fault rate. All other axes are pneumatically actuated for cost-effective operation. Installing this robotic arm increases production capacity by 10–30%, reduces part defect rates, ensures operator safety, reduces labor requirements, enables precise control of production volume, and minimizes material waste.
