BRTV09WDS5P0系列适用于 120T-320T 的各型卧式射出机的成品及水口取出、安装方式与传统式的横走式不同，是将成品与料头取出放置于射出机尾端，可以节省出机的安装空间。手臂形式双截式，双臂，上下行程 900mm, 五轴 AC伺服驱动，安装可节省射出机安装空间 30-40%, 更充分的利用厂房，并可增加产能(20-30%), 降低产品的不良率，保障操作人员的安全性，减少人工，精准的控制生产量，减少浪费。 五轴驱控一体控制系统：信号线少，远距离通讯，扩展性能好，抗干扰能力强，重复定位精度高，可同时控制多轴，设备维护简单，故障率少。The BRTV09WDS5P0 series is designed for horizontal injection molding machines ranging from 120T to 320T. It handles part and sprue removal. Unlike conventional traverse-type systems, this model places parts and sprues at the rear of the injection machine—reducing required installation space. It uses a dual-section, dual-arm configuration with 900 mm vertical travel and five-axis AC servo drive.
